Conflict Resolution Solutions

Mediation
In mediation, a neutral third party, known as a mediator, facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties in dispute. The mediator helps the parties identify their interests, generate options, and work toward a mutually agreed-upon solution. Mediation is non-binding, meaning that the parties are not obligated to accept the mediator’s recommendations.
Arbitration
Arbitration involves the submission of a dispute to a neutral third party, known as an arbitrator or panel of arbitrators, who acts as a private judge. The arbitrator makes a binding decision after reviewing evidence and hearing arguments from both sides. Arbitration is often used as an alternative to litigation when parties want a final and binding resolution.
Negotiation
Negotiation is the simplest form of ADR and involves direct communication and bargaining between the parties in dispute. It can be conducted informally, without the involvement of a third party. Negotiation allows parties to work together to find mutually acceptable solutions.
Online Dispute Resolution
Online Dispute Resolution involves using technology, such as online platforms and video conferencing, to facilitate the resolution of disputes. It is especially relevant for e-commerce and online contractual disputes.
Family & Divorce Mediation
Family and divorce mediation is a type of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process specifically designed to help couples or families resolve conflicts related to divorce, separation, child custody, and other family issues without going to court. In family and divorce mediation, a trained and neutral third party, known as the mediator, assists the parties in reaching mutually acceptable agreements.
Real Estate Mediation
Real estate and construction mediation is designed to address disputes and conflicts that arise in the real estate and construction industries. These mediation processes are used to resolve disagreements between parties involved in real estate transactions, property development, construction projects, and related matters without resorting to costly and time-consuming litigation.
Mediated Case Management
Mediated case management is a legal process that combines elements of case management and mediation to help parties involved in a lawsuit or legal dispute manage and resolve their case more efficiently and collaboratively. This approach is often used in civil litigation and can be particularly beneficial in complex cases where there are multiple parties or intricate legal issues.
