Ryan Copple, Esq.
Mr. Copple began his education by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree, with a major in Finance from the University of Florida in 1994. He then went on to obtain both his Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. He practiced civil litigation for various law firms until 2009 when he formed his own law firm. Since then, he has managed to maintain a vibrant and successful law practice.
Mr. Copple has also successfully mediated cases for over 14 years. He concentrates his mediations in homeowner and condominium association disputes, real estate litigation, construction liens, code violations, breaches of contract, collections, evictions, ejectments, specific performance, foreclosures, insurance claims, declaratory relief, and other complex civil litigation matters.
While both mediating and running a law practice, Mr. Copple has lectured in continuing legal education for landlord and tenant obligations in Florida, and in complying with the Americans with Disability and Fair Housing Acts. He is board certified in condominium and planned development law.
Mr. Copple is available to mediate your disputes, especially where the addition of a business background, combined with over 25 years of legal training will provide guidance to the parties.

Travel:
Due to the convenience and efficiency of Zoom, all in-person mediations are assessed a travel fee (portal to portal) charged at 50% of the hourly rate. Please confirm in person appointments with our office before scheduling (we will place a hold) so that we can confirm that the Neutral is available to travel that day.
